Refunds and Returns

RETURNS

Our returns policy is for a 30 day period from the time of purchase. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange outside of this 30 day period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please email Nicole at info@thelittlecook.com.au and include the invoice number from your original purchase invoice and detail the reason(s) for the return.

We take every effort to package your items securely so they do not get damaged in transit.

Please note refunds cannot be made if you do not like the colour of the item you have purchased.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  This will take place within a 7 day period and a confirmation email will be sent to confirm the refund has been processed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received the refund, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact Nicole at info@thelittlecook.com.au.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you wish to exchange an item you purchased for the same item, please email Nicole at info@thelittlecook.com.au and send your defective or damaged item to: 197 Halloran Drive, Jerrabomberra NSW 2619.

SHIPPING

To return your product, please mail to: 197 Halloran Drive, Jerrabomberra NSW 2619.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
